Due to the custom nature of many of these items, all purchases are FINAL.
Refunds are available in the form of store credit only. Refunds are available up to 30 days from delivery
of the item to the user.
All items are warrantied for a period of one year (12 months) from initial
delivery to the user against defects in materials or workmanship. Any warranty claims should be made
to email@example.com. All warranty requests must be issued an authorization number. Any items
received without an authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Inbound shipping for all warranty requests is the sole responsibility of the requesting party, unless
previously agreed upon by management.
